Damage Policy

Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic proof and invoice details.

Damage identified during installation should be immediately reported to the installation team.

Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty, subject to inspection and approval.

Damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Repair or replacement will be processed after verification and will be subject to product availability.
